Scope
This privacy policy applies to the domain
known as boldproperties.com being hosted by a third party for
which the owners of boldproperties.com have no control over.
This statement does not apply to any other web servers not linked
or otherwise not associated with boldproperties.com
E-Mail
If you send us e-mail, we may share that e-mail
with others in the process of deciding who should respond to it.
We do not keep an archive of such messages, but they do get
recorded as part of normal system backups by the third party web
hosting service.
Server Logs
We keep typical Web server logs for boldproperties.com
that include:
- URL from which request received.
- date and time stamp.
- URL requested.
- file sent.
- browser used.
In the case of search forms, our logs will include
the search string that was entered. Errors are also logged. We
occasionally summarize these logs in order to optimize frequently
requested content and data. These summaries do not retain a
linkage between requesting URL and name of file requested, but
they do show frequency of requests for Web pages by URL, by time,
whether within the boldproperties.com domain, by country of
origin, etc. After the summary is made the detail is deleted
from disk, though it may exist in the third party web host's cycle
of tape backups for a longer period.
We do NOT keep ANY information
input into the calculators or the data models. Such
information is considered private to you and is therefore not logged,
viewed, or disseminated in any way.
Cookies
A Web cookie is text information that a Web
server page can instruct your browser to write to your browser's
cookie file. Many Web sites use cookies to track usage patterns on
their site on a page by page basis. The cookie is anonymous unless
you give the remote Web site personal information that they may
associate with a cookie.
Most boldproperties.com Web pages do not use
cookies. Any that do use them are not required to notify you if it
is for anonymous usage tracking. If you wish to control cookies
you need to use a browser (such as current versions of Netscape
and Microsoft Internet Explorer) that allows you to control cookie
requests received by the browser (always accept, accept on
approval, always deny).
Forms
Some pages use HTML forms, ranging from very
simple e-mail forms to more extensive requests for information.
Use of any information entered on a form is determined by the
information owner of the particular forms page. Some forms are
inherently anonymous, while the whole point of others is to enter
information about yourself.
